Overcoming fear of speaking in church

I NO LONGER FEEL FEAR IN MY CHURCH WHEN SPEAKING.

The "thought" came to me to see each person, individually, as a child of God and to tell them, silently, that I loved them. I did this. I would silently call each person by name, and tell them that I loved them, and do this around the auditorium. THIS REMOVED ALL FEAR OF BEING CRITICIZED, ETC., and allowed me to do what I needed to do.

And...the postscript to this is...last night I was elected Second Reader of our Church!
